Continuing its senior executive restructure, Italian betting group SKS365 has confirmed the appointment of Giuseppe “Bepi” Pezzulli as new General Counsel.

Pezzulli takes charge of SKS365 legal representation and corporate compliance frameworks, following this January’s departure of former incumbent Angela Gemma, who retired from SKS365’s executive management team alongside departing Chief Executive Ian McLoughlin.

A seasoned legal executive in corporate financing for media and technology led enterprises, Pezzulli has formerly served as the Italian/Greek Head of Legal Compliance for multi-national private equity firm BlackRock (2013-2015).

This January, SKS365 governance announced the creation of a new executive leadership team, following a raft of C-level departures. The Italian bookmaker’s corporate leadership has been split between its four core operating divisions, led by the following executives: –

  • Francesco Gaziano as Chief Marketing Officer
  • Jim Parkins as Chief Product and Technology Officer
  • Brian Dean as Chief People Officer
  • Troy Cox as Chief Commercial Officer

SKS365 governance has yet to confirm the leadership replacement of Ian McLoughlin and further seeks a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) following incumbent Aaron Meli’s decision to serve the company in an advisory position.

This February, SKS365 launched its ‘new identity’ for flagship property Planetwin365, featuring a new logo and corporate slogan ‘Planetwin365 – Our game is from another planet’.
