SG Digital appoints Karolina Pelc as casino innovation lead

SG Digital (Scientific Games Corp) has confirmed the appointment of Karolina Pelc as Vice President of Casino Innovation.

Pelc joins SG Digital’s executive management team from Stockholm-listed online gambling group LeoVegas AB, where she served in a number of online casino leadership roles (2015-2018).

Taking on VP responsibilities for casino development, Pelc is set to focus on enhancing SG Digital’s casino and games proposition across all digital verticals.

Furthermore, the VP role will further focus on the development of new games and engagement concepts, as SG Digital seeks to deliver the industry’s leading online casino/games inventory.

Pelc has confirmed to online casino news source CasinoBeats.com that she will relocate from Malta to London to take over the executive role.

I am really excited to join SG Digital at such a momentous time for our industry and the US market,” Pelc told CasinoBeats.

“Having spent the last three years at LeoVegas where product innovation was key, it feels like the right move given Scientific Games’ market-leading position and strong focus on delivering a product and player experience-led strategy.”
