The Summit of iGaming in Malta, SiGMA, being held between October 31st and November 1st, is set to become one of the largest, most-dedicated remote iGaming exhibitions and conferences for affiliates, operators and suppliers of the industry, with 2,500+ delegates, 60+ top-level speakers and over 70 stands to be featured throughout the two-day event.
Speaking at the launch of SiGMA, the Malta Government Parliamentary Secretary for Competitiveness, Jose Herrera said that he is truly honoured to launch the iGaming Summit being held at St. Julian’s, a hub for iGaming companies, an undisputed cradle of remote gaming companies in Europe. Dr. Herrera added that this Government is committed to ensure that the remote gaming sector continues to grow and flourish and has pledged to create a hub of excellence worldwide. The Government is also committed to sustain the various entities and operators in the maritime sector to prosper and expand their business and employ more people.
Organiser Eman Pulis explained the aims and objectives as well as the reasons behind this unprecedented event; “for the past seven years everyone involved in the igaming industry in Europe has been asking for an event of this calibre in Malta that brings together all and sundry. We embarked on this ambitious project and, with the right team of independent experts, bringing in the most experienced panel speakers and exhibitors”.
“The conference part of the summit will feature world class speakers, veterans in the field who come from different backgrounds: SEO experts, super affiliates, experts from emerging markets in South America, South Africa and Asia, as well as legal and regulatory experts from different jurisdictions”. He went on to elaborate; “the conference is three-tracked, with track one focusing on remote gaming global regulation, the legal landscape, best practices in operations and marketing and the convergence between interactive and land-based gaming. The second track is dedicated to remote gaming acquisition and will feature SEO professionals who will be lecturing guests on the latest e-marketing techniques, industry trends, affiliate, social media marketing tactics and more. The third and last track will focus on digital games, an industry that is dominating Maltese shores.”
