Wag.io rebrands as Mitigatr to implement ‘outside of the box’ approach

Gaming compliance software provider Wag.io has announced its rebranding with new identity Mitigatr, marking a transition into a fully managed affiliate compliance solution.

The new brand identity reflects Mitigatr’s change from being a technology provider to offering tech-enabled solutions and end-to-end services for its igaming operator clients.

Mitigatr’s team stated that the motivation for the ‘significant rebranding’ arose due to ‘affiliate compliance no longer being a simple, tick-box exercise’, having transitioned into a comprehensive and time-consuming process, requiring an ‘outside of the box’ approach.

Astan Morarji, Co-Founder at Mitigatr, said: “Igaming businesses are facing dauntingly complex tasks in respect to affiliate compliance, with a need to execute compliance strategies across multiple channels using advanced technologies.

“Unfortunately, many brands have been vulnerable without a coordinated approach, something which we are changing. Our vision has been to develop the talent, capabilities, and assets of our company, including our people and our technology, so that we are one step ahead of affiliate compliance initiatives in the market.

“Our company has developed a comprehensive solution for all needs of our clients to ensure their compliance. In addition, we have consolidated all these resources under a revitalized, clean-cut brand.”

As part of the rebranding process, Mitigatr has made adjustments to its communication, graphics, logo design and website, and has worked to ensure that its solutions are comprehensive with its competitors.

In order to stand out from its competition, Mitigatr has recently released services such as Exposure, Negative PPC searches, and Social Media monitoring of affiliates, whilst also supplying full-scale compliance monitoring across unknown, private and closed networks – one of the first affiliate compliance providers to do so.

“We dive deep into previously unavailable data that is often hidden behind closed social networks to get the results our clients need,” remarked Roo Wright, Co-Founder at Mitigatr.

“The Mitigatr brand reimagines the capabilities of both technology and manual human checks for safeguards while also enabling access to crucial networks. The Mitigatr brand combines a wide range of cutting-edge solutions with existing resources as an all-encompassing compliance partner, which helps protect operators across the board.”

Morarji added: “The best way to understand the impact of Mitigatr is by hearing from our satisfied clients.

“Their success is underpinned by various techniques such as cutting-edge data and our engaged compliance team.”
