AskGamblers’ casino dispute service returns $8.8m to players

Online gambling community AskGamblers has revealed that during 2019, its ‘Casino Complaint Service’ recovered players more than $8.80 million in unpaid, delayed or unfairly confiscated money.

AskGamblers reveals the figure closing its 2019 accounts, detailing another ‘record-breaking year’ for its online casino customer dispute and arbitration system.

The legacy online gambling portal details that its compliant systems team reviewed 9,800 new complaints, which were submitted by 6,800 players against 725 different online casinos.

A 30% increase in recovered money, saw the AskGamblers process more than 2,6000 cases, securing 84% of funds dispute by players.
