Kambi Group continues to expand its Latin American profile, securing a new sports betting supplier agreement with the Liberman Media Group (LMG) of Puerto Rico.
The partnership will see Kambi serve as the lead sportsbook solutions supplier for ApuestaPR, an online sportsbook brand that will be leveraged to Puerto Rican audiences via the Teleonce television network.
ApuestaPR aims to become Puerto Rico’s outright market leader, powered by Kambi’s high-performance sportsbook platform, which will be customised to take advantage of the high coverage offered by LMG’s media presence.

A US territory, Puerto Rico formally approved its sports betting regime in 2019 in response to the federal repeal of PASPA laws.
Though approved by the Senate, gambling stakeholders continue to wait for lawmakers to finalise the regulatory provisions to launch the island’s sports betting marketplace.
Kambi outlined LMG’s intent to become Puerto Rico’s market leader, powered by a best-in-class online and retail solution.
