BETBY upgrades all sportsbook layout UX components

BETBY has announced a series of UX-focused functionality upgrades boosting the quality of its client interface and overall customer engagement.

The Malta-based sportsbook software and platform provider said it has ‘reimagined all engagement components’ of standard sportsbook layouts to provide deeper customisation for its clients.

Improvements see BETBY deliver a fully responsive user interface, supported with decluttered on-site navigation and swift betslip placements – features designed to enhance standard customer interactions.

Using customer feedback, the operator has developed a new ‘betslip pin’ feature allowing punters to pin their preferred bets when navigating sportsbook markets.

Further UX improvements see the firm restructure its sidebar menu to allow for instant options on popular markets, minimising player navigation to 1-to-2 clicks.

“With customisation sitting at the heart of the new ‘classic’ layout, customers now have the ability to fully customise their playing environment; if a player wants to be left alone with their game, they can now simply choose to hide the sidebars,” BETBY detailed on its product release.

BETBY marks its sportsbook layout upgrades as a fundamental product enhancement supporting the recent technical overhaul of football, basketball and tennis markets, as well as the launch of its 24/7 AI-powered esports inventory.

Backing the improvements, BETBY CEO Leonid Pertsovskiy said: “We are very excited to unveil our most cutting-edge sportsbook layout to date, which has been designed in a bid to significantly enhance the user interface.

“With the unique Betby.Games range now complimented by our new-look sportsbook, we are excited to see what the rest of the year holds for us.”
