Golden Race has made a series of updates to its omnichannel which include a unified server and backoffice for online and retail, a wider virtual sports and games portfolio and the inclusion of its Ultimate Branding+ package.
Ultimate Branding+ will give Golden Race clients the option to further customise their solutions, with the option to localise features and configure different types of promotions (free bets credits, loyalty programmes).
This refreshed ‘revolutionary’ solution, Golden Race explained, will help drive player engagement and retention and will subsequently create ‘an immersive brand and gaming experience’. This will be further enhanced with the inclusion of a loyalty programme.
Virtual sports offerings, currency, language, symbols and control profits can all be customised, while paytables can be adapted and bonuses created depending on the amount of traffic or income needed.
From a retail perspective, Golden Race stated that the Ultimate Branding+ package ‘offers the possibility of perfect brand integration, placing brand colours, logos, and banners wherever the operator wants within the virtual platform’.
In addition, the in-game marketing option will give operators the option to include their brand and ads – both static and animated elements – on the in-game stadium banners and on the football players’ kits.
Through the updates and creation of a unified backoffice, clients will benefit from ‘full control’ of their businesses, allowing operators to create events which can be consumed simultaneously both in retail venues and online.
The supplier disclosed that by doing this, management and control of an operator’s backoffice will be simplified, allowing operators to get more tickets in less time.
Along with the aforementioned updates, GoldenRace has also added a series of new virtual sports and games to its portfolio, including new horse racing formats, harness races, dirt track, world teams football and Super Euro League, Basketball 3×3, real fighting, Spin2Win Royale and Perfect 6.
