WantMyBet harnesses the common, down the bookies chatter of “Listen to this great accumulator I just put on” and digitalises it for the modern age. It allows people to compete with their tips via the leaderboard, and win both money and free bets.

It has established partnerships with bookmakers including Ladbrokes and BoyleSports, and is in the process of adding more features for the upcoming season.

WantMyBet Co-Founder Olly Joshi said of the news: “After a very successful launch on web and mobile towards the end of last year we are chuffed to announce we now have both iOS and Android apps available. In the past 6 months, we built of the foundations of a very engaged community who have proved there is a appetite for social and betting in one place.

“People love to share their bets and earn social kudos from their football knowledge, we’re giving them a platform to not only do this but also pull in all their betting activity into one place through deep integrations with our bookmaker partners, meaning they don’t have to ever leave our app to bet.”

He added: “This is only the beginning, we are in the process of developing and adding new features that will continue to prove us as a pioneering company in the social betting market. So go download the app and watch this space!”
