William Hill has partnered with Mastercard to launch ‘Priority Access’ its pre-paid card which will allow customers direct access to funds held in their accounts. William Hill Customers will be able to use the cards anywhere a debit or credit card is accepted.
William Hill disclosed to industry news source EGR Magazine that the card had been rolled out to its VIP customers.
Customers will be allowed to access their winnings immediately after their bets are settled, offering a faster crediting service that the traditional three to five working days for funds to be settled via online processes.
William Hill Director of Group Innovation and Customer Experience Jamie Hart told EGR Magazine that the card would effectively cut-out the middleman and offer its customers the same instant payout experience as its retail services.
The ‘Priority Access’ card was rewarded as best Innovation of the Year at the eGaming Review Marketing and Innovation Awards held last week.
William Hill further disclosed that it plans to roll-out the card to as many as 100,000 of its frequent customers before the start of the English football season.
