NYX Gaming enters italy with Game360 acquisition

Toronto based NYX Gaming Group has announced its entry into the Italian igaming market with the acquisition of Game360 Limited. NYX Gaming confirmed that it had purchased Game360 entire share capital via a cash purchase.

Through the Game360 acquisition, NYX Gaming will leverage its ability to deliver its portfolio of existing certified casino content to these customers and also distribute the games developed by Game360 to its international client base.

Game360 designs, develops, markets and distributes online gaming content with a focus on native and html5 mobile formats and sports betting software solutions to over a dozen leading operators in the Italian regulated market.

The purchase of Game360 continues NYX Gaming ongoing igaming expansion through strategic acquisition. Game360 joins igaming technologies Ongame networks, Chartwell Technology and Cryptologic as NYX Gaming acquired providers.
