Yolo Entertainment is continuing its executive power-up, bringing on industry veteran Stephanie Eddy as Chief Revenue Officer.
In her new role, Eddy will take the reins on Yolo’s commercial strategy in the aim of driving revenue growth and boosting customer acquisition across key markets and channels.
Yolo Group runs two divisions: Yolo Entertainment, which operates Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino, and Yolo Investments, its investment arm. Yolo Entertainment lauded the new hire’s experience as critical as it ramps up expansion for its two flagship betting brands.
Matthew D’Emanuele, CEO of Yolo Entertainment, said: “Steph is a proven leader with the commercial instincts and strategic vision that align perfectly with our ambitions, and we are thrilled to welcome her to our leadership team.”
D’Emanuele continued: “Steph’s appointment underscores our commitment to accelerating the growth of Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino, expanding our brand and product portfolio, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Talent-led growth
The appointment comes on the heels of Yolo’s senior team overhaul back in April, which saw Jock Jamieson-Black, James Clark, Abu Koroma and Charlene Cassar step into leadership roles across CRM, content, engineering and business intelligence.
Before landing at Yolo, Eddy spent over ten years at Super Group-owned Betway, most recently holding the position of Commercial Development Director. D’EmanueleThe CEO went on to describe the new CRO’s expertise as ‘instrumental’ as the firm continues to strengthen its global presence.
Speaking of her new role, Eddy said: “Yolo Entertainment has consistently pushed boundaries in gaming and crypto. I’m thrilled to join the team at this exciting moment, and help take these world-class brands to even greater heights.”
In further company news, Yolo Group has also just announced the appointment of Lara Falzon as CEO of its B2B division, part of a broader push to strengthen its position across brands like Hub88, Live88, Odds88 and OneTouch.
Falzon brings years of experience from across the iGaming sector, having held roles at Evoke, Red Tiger Gaming, NetEnt, and most recently as CEO of AvatarUX. Her background spans operations, product, and leadership across both suppliers and studios.
Again, the move looks to signal Yolo’s focus on long-term growth, with Falzon now leading strategy and execution across the group’s platform, content and tech partners.
