SOFTSWISS has launched a campaign to raise awareness around men’s health issues for the month of November commemorating the ‘Movember’ movement.
For the second year in a row, the firm will look to encourage open discussions among employees focusing on both physical and mental well-being. Carrying the slogan ‘Talk it Out! Act it Out!’, the 2024 campaign raises the topic of critical health issues, including prostate and testicular cancer, alongside the various mental health challenges that men face.
This comes shortly after the company’s support campaign for women’s health during Pink October.
A total of 11 SOFTSWISS senior and mid-level managers have taken on the role of this year’s project ambassadors, leveraging their social media presence to raise awareness.
Some of the activities include launching an anonymous mental health support group for SOFTSWISS staff that provides online psychological counselling services. Fun activities like a table football tournament are also planned for the SOFTSWISS offices in Warsaw, Poznan, and Tbilisi.
Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS, said: “Without good health, we cannot thrive in life or in business. In our busy lives, it is too easy to overlook our well-being. At SOFTSWISS, we wholeheartedly embrace the ‘WE CARE’ value – not only in our work but also in caring for ourselves and each other.
“This Movember, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on what truly matters. Prioritising self-care is essential for building a successful future. Together, we can foster a culture of health and well-being that strengthens our community.”
