Kambi brings Abios esports to Brazil through Rei do Pitaco integration

With its gaze increasingly focused on modularisation, sports betting provider Kambi has expanded its Abios esports division into Brazil.

Partnering with regional player Rei do Pitaco (RDP), Abios will utilise its expertise to offer Brazilian customers an enhanced fantasy e-football product.

RDP was established in 2019 and has since become a leading local daily fantasy sports operator, amassing over 17 million app downloads.

Kiko Augusto, COO and co-founder of Rei do Pitaco, said: “We are pleased to be expanding our relationship with the Kambi Group through this partnership with Abios. We are always looking to enhance the range of products we offer to our customers, and integrating Abios’ market-leading e-soccer product is a move which makes complete sense.”

This customer base will now have access to Abios’ e-football offering, which covers more than 11,000 matches each month, complemented by real-time data from leading rights holders and automated modelling.

Anton Janér, Managing Director at Abios, added: “We are delighted to have signed this long-term partnership with Rei do Pitaco to power fantasy e-soccer for millions of players across Brazil, providing 24/7 content that perfectly complements their existing DFS offer.

“Rei do Pitaco’s passion for providing customers with engaging, cutting-edge products mirrors our own, and we are excited to be working closely with them to deliver next generation esports experiences.”
