12BET has been revealed as the official betting partner in Asia for Leeds United.
The collaboration will now provide the 2007-founded sports betting and casino company – active in European and Asia Pacific markets – with geo-targeted assets, club IP and further promotional material.
Rory Anderson, a 12BET spokesman, commented: “We are pleased to have partnered up with Leeds United and look forward to the exciting journey as the club drives to rejoin the Premier League.”
The operator become the latest brand to join the top-flight club’s partnership portfolio and will look to engage further with the ‘already large’ fan base in Asia.
Further in football, 12Bet has sponsored several high profile teams having done deals with Sevilla FC, Wigan Athletic and Hull City, whilst also holding associations with Crystal Palace, West Brom, Newcastle United and Birmingham City.
Last year, Wolves also confirmed a partnership with 12Bet, which designated the firm as the Premier League club’s official sleeve partner.
The gambling brand has also previously formed links with other sports organisations such as the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), as well as the Badminton World Federation (BWF).
