BETBY has announced that Viki Vitanyi has become the sportsbook supplier’s Head of Client Success, as the group continues to add key hires.
Vitanyi has acquired a decade of experience in the igaming industry, including a period as the Senior Account Manager at GiG, and most recently a Senior Product Partner at Entain – which owns brands such as bwin, Coral, Ladbrokes, PartyPoker and Sportingbet.
Chris Nikolopoulos, Chief Commercial Officer at BETBY, stated: “We want to attract the top talent in the industry to push us to new heights, and this is evident with our latest hire. Viki brings a wealth of experience, and we’re confident she’ll be a fantastic asset for BETBY.”
Based at BETBY’s Malta office, where the group’s headquarters are located, one of Vitanyi’s responsibilities will include developing and implementing a customer experience strategy.
The new hire will also work towards improving the customer journey and relationship, as well as exploring technology and innovation in the aim of maximising the customer experience for clients.

The news marks the latest addition for the supplier, following the hiring of Senior Business Development Manager Stefanos Karakidis last week, who now will strengthen the group’s Senior sales team as it furthers its global expansion in 2023.
