TonyBet Group has enhanced its player protections and AML safeguards activating Neccton’s ‘Mentor’ software solution.
The operator’s Baltic market sportsbook brands will be supported by Neccton’s suite of customised responsible gambling tools and money laundering detection modules, activated to help recognise threats and vulnerable customers.
A specialist in real-time fraud and player protection, Neccton has developed its Mentor Software to track and monitor problematic gambling behaviours using real-time data analysis to support compliance and customer service teams.
Mentor further recognises problem gambling triggers such as a significant increase in deposit frequency and acts immediately.
TonyBet partners with Neccton, following an extensive review of igaming tailored player protection systems to help its business maintain growth with compliance standards within Baltic markets.
