SOFTSWISS expands scope of Player Reactivation team

SOFTSWISS Managed Services has announced an expansion of its operations, making its new Player Reactivation option available to a wider range of clients.

The offering was first introduced in 2021 for a select group of SOFTSWISS’ customers, but ‘excellent results’ recorded since the initial launch have prompted the gaming software solution provider to expand its remit to include its Online Casino Platform clients.

Offering services in Russian, English and German, SOFTSWISS’ Player Reactivation team aims to contact players who have been demonstrating a lack of engagement with its clients’ products and services.

Artyom Rudakov, SOFTSWISS’ Deputy Head, said: “We always strive for a better interaction with players, which allows our clients not to worry about emerging issues and to focus on the development of their business.

“This is why each SOFTSWISS Managed Services department is clearly aware of its responsibilities. This makes it possible to interact with the players as efficiently as possible and not to spread ourselves too thin in the process.”

In addition to the newly expanded Player Reaction service, SOFTSWISS will continue to offer its First Line Support, Player Retention, VIP Player Support and Anti-Fraud Support teams.

Working alongside the other divisions of the Managed Services department, Player Reaction staff will work to assist players who are having technical issues when making a deposit and contact account holders if more than two weeks pass since a user last played or who have made a large withdrawal.

“As the number of clients and requests grew, we realised that having a separate team dedicated to player reactivation would help us concentrate on players the client had already acquired,” Rudakov added.

“We understand how important this part of the player pool is, so the focus of the Player Reactivation team is a targeted and personalised approach to each player.”

The Managed Services department sits alongside SOFTSWISS’ Sportsbook sports betting and Affilka affiliate platforms, the latter of which has detailed a substantial interest in activity due to a ‘positive trend in the increase of affiliate programmes’ in 2021.
