BtoBet secures UK market foothold for sportsbook platform

BtoBet’s sportsbook platform has established a foothold in the UK market after securing full certification to operate in the country.

The certification will allow the firm to offer its ‘player-centric’ technology and features to UK-based operators. Focused on providing a ‘highly tailored and customisable betting experience,’ BtoBet relies on the utilisation of data from individual bettors actions to influence its platform.

“We are enthused that we have been certified in the United Kingdom and are now able to start operations there,” said Dima Reiderman, Chief Operating Officer at BtoBet.

“Our aim is to expand our footprint in regulated markets, with particular emphasis on the European front, so that more operators in these markets have the possibility to offer our bespoke betting experience to their players.

“Our cutting-edge features will allow operators to offer their players a brand-new experience. I am positive that our sportsbook platform will be met with long-term market success. The United Kingdom is an extremely competitive landscape and we are ready to be part of it.”

Prior to entering the UK sector, BtoBet’s sports betting platform has established its presence in the gambling markets of Angola, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Jamaica, Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, Madagascar, Senegal, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Zambia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Chad, Mozambique, Tanzania, Guinea, Namibia, Angola, Poland, and the Republic of Congo’s capital Brazzaville.

A subsidiary of Aspire Global, BtoBet has been highlighted by its owner as one of the core reasons for its international expansion over the past year. The iGaming solutions provider recorded a 37.6% increase in revenues in the fourth quarter of 2021 to €44.4 million., rising from €32.2 million in Q4 2019.

Aspire attributed its success to ‘the group’s geographic expansion plans and the consolidation of BtoBet,’ having secured a foothold in four different continents.

In addition to enhancing its sportsbook operations by entering the lucrative British sports betting market, BtoBet has also strengthened its virtual sports offering via a recent agreement with Incentive Games.

The partnership will primarily revolve around the European, Latin American and African markets, making popular Incentive titles such as Virtual-League: Penalties, and Virtual-League: Racing available to BtoBet’s regional partners.
