Kambi Group has enhanced its position in the Belgian gambling and sports betting market via a multi-year extension of its partnership with Napoleon Sports & Casino.
As a result of the extension, the sportsbook services developer will provide Napoleon with support such as instant betting offers, bonus tool box capabilities and differentiation levers across player-facing elements including front-end and odds.
“We are delighted to have put pen to paper on this extension with Napoleon Sports & Casino, an agreement which strengthens our relationship with one of Kambi’s longest-serving customers,” said Kristian Nylén, CEO and Co-Founder of Kambi.
“Napoleon Sports & Casino has taken full advantage of the powerful sportsbook core and comprehensive differentiation capabilities Kambi offers to become a market leader in Belgium, and it is excellent to have secured this vote of confidence and continue this successful partnership for years to come.”
Kambi and Napoleon first struck a partnership in 2012, and the former’s suite of online and retail sports betting technology ‘has helped Napoleon Sports & Casino to establish itself as one of Belgium’s leading operators’.
Tim De Borle, CEO of Napoleon Sports & Casino, added: “Kambi’s sports betting offer has been a core part of our success in recent years, with a high-performance sportsbook being a vital part of attracting and retaining customers in such a competitive market.
“Kambi’s technological superiority, alongside a broad range of empowerment tools that enable us to set our sportsbook apart, have given us the edge to outperform our competitors in order to become a leader in the Belgian market. We are pleased to have committed to this partnership for the long-term.”
Maintenance of its status in various international markets has been key to Kambi’s success, with the firm recently reporting a ‘record’ performance for the fourth quarter of 2020, despite the limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Additionally, the operator recently entrenched its position in the Argentine gambling sector via an agreement with Casino Magic, supporting the launch of an online sportsbook in the Neuquén region, as the country regulates sports betting on a province-by-province basis.
