Delasport strikes deal with MTN Group for AfricaWinner sportsbook

MTN Group Limited has chosen Delasport as the sports betting platform provider for its flagship AfricaWinner brand.

AfricaWinner will, therefore, take advantage of Delasport’s proprietary sportsbook and iGaming solutions as it targets a leading position in the African market.

“Delasport are renowned for their cutting-edge software solutions and choosing their sportsbook platform we’ll be able to skyrocket our platform and offer the player base unrivalled betting experience unlike anything available on the market,” said MTN Group spokesperson Mike Johnson.

“Our local market expertise and Delasport’s advanced technology are a great match and we are looking forward to working together to see the results of this partnership.”

This new agreement sees Delasport expand into another regulated jurisdiction, representing a further step in the company’s international development strategy.

Eli Moscovich, B2B Director at Delasport, commented: “We are delighted with the opportunity to work together with MTN Group Limited in bringing our market-leading solutions to their new brand.

“Together, we will look to quickly capitalise on our advantages and corner the market until we can be considered the gold standard for sports betting in Africa.”

The Delasport Sportsbook Platform offers a vast range of betting options with thousands of sports markets, as well as an online casino featuring titles from the leading casino providers.
