GVC Holdings gains Stephen Morana and Peter Isola as independent advisers

peterGVC Holdings (GVC) has confirmed the appointment of Stephen Morana and Peter Isola as Independent Non-executive Directors, having completed its £1.1 billion takeover of bwin.party Entertainment.

Morana and Isola join GVC governance, as the new merged enterprise targets a FTSE 250 listing in the coming months.

Stephen Morana who currently serves as CFO of digital property planner Zoopla, has prior industry experience having served as CFO of Betfair (2002-2006). Morana who further serves as an independent director to leading UK digital retailer BooHoo.com, will advise GVC on its FTSE strategy.

Peter Isola who serves as a Senior Partner in Gibraltar law firm ISOLAS, will assist the operator in legal and regulatory matters, as GVC integrates bwin.party business assets.

GVC CEO Kenneth Alexander commented on the independent director appointments
