BetClic Everest to review Gibraltar operations

betclicSenior management of French igaming and sports betting operator – BetClic Everest Group are set to undertake a review of it Gibraltar based igaming operations. The operator is set to review its current group operational logistics, with a view to optimise its corporate framework and organisational structure.

Currently BetClic Everest Gibraltar operations manage the groups sport trading and administrative functions.  The operational review could see the group shut down Gibraltar operations, as the operator could merge Gibraltar functions with their Malta based operational centre.  This move would lead to around fifty positions transferred to Malta.

Betclic Everest igaming brands – Everest Gaming and BetClic Sports currently operate under a Gibraltar Remote Gaming License.  The review may see a revision of Betclic Everest regulational framework, as more European markets regulate igaming services, the need for a remote gaming license may not be needed by the operator.

The operator currently operates offices in London, Paris, Malta, Milan and Gibraltar.
