Betfred and SIS maintain commitment to greyhound racing content

SIS (Sports Information Services) has signed a new deal with Betfred, ensuring that the operator retains access to its global, round-the-clock greyhound racing content.

The latest extension provides Betfred’s online and retail estate with long-term access to a wide range of greyhound racing events from the UK, Ireland, and Mexico.

This is in the aim of increasing engagement levels and driving revenues through ‘high-quality, short-form’ content.

Craig Reid, Group Trading Director at Betfred, commented: “This extended agreement enables us to maintain our commitment to delivering superior content from the world’s best greyhound races to our customers.

“Our partnership with SIS is of great value, and we’re thrilled to be able to ensure we provide our customers with unmatched betting opportunities around the clock.”

SIS’ 24/7 Live Racing Content is delivered as an end-to-end solution, including live streamed pictures, data, and on-screen graphics with betting triggers.

“I’m pleased that we have ensured the continued presence of our premium greyhound racing in the product portfolio of a key long-term partner,” added Richard Ames, Chief Executive at SIS.

“We remain thoroughly committed to offering the industry’s most extensive portfolio of racing content from all around the world.”

Notably this week, Betfred has also extended its flagship sponsorship arrangement with the Super League, the top-tier of English and European rugby league, for a further three years.

The bookmaker first partnered with the Super League in 2017, and in the years since, the company has extended its association with the sport to cover men’s and women’s wheelchair rugby, the England national team and the Challenge Cup.
