“Money” Mayweather delivers knockout with Wild Poker team-up

Floyd Mayweather has announced a partnership with Wild Poker, a casino adventure game by Playtrex and Hero Digital Entertainment.

Integrated into the game as both a character and a presenter, Mayweather commented: “As soon as I saw Wild Poker, I knew I wanted to become part of it.

“I’m constantly asked to put my name on stuff, but Wild Poker is different than any game I’ve ever seen. It’s poker, but it goes to the next level.

“There’s a whole new level of strategy with the power ups. It’s a cutting edge game, this is that next thing, and like everything I put my name on, Wild Poker is the best ever.”

Wild Poker is a social casino adventure game with a twist, offering players traditional Texas Hold’em Poker alongside aspects more closely associated with role playing games (RPG).

Features designed to increase the strategy and adventure appeal of Wild Poker include real-time decision-making, power-ups and journey and character development, while strategically deployed special skills, which will give players the ability to ‘embrace the spirit of their favorite animal characters,’ can also be taken advantage of.

Mayweather will feature in game to introduce new hands and offer tips on successful game play, as well as being available as one of the poker players, offering gamers the opportunity to play hands as the retired 50-0 fighter and take advantage of his special skills in the process.
