Totesport mobile offer gets full revamp, the online arm of the Tote Organisation now owned by Betfred, has significantly revamped its mobile offering. Previously the mobile offer would only take horseracing and some totepool bets, but the new mobile service has a full sportsbook plus the opportunity to place all totepool bets.

Digital Operations Manager Andy Porter commented: “It’s been a record breaking year for bets like the Scoop6 so we wanted to make sure we only enhanced the customers experience on the mobile. For the first time we also have a full sportsbook, so you can now back your favourite team and still have a placepot while on the go.”

The mobile has been developed by Degree 53 based in the Sharp Project Manchester.

Stuart Magowan, head of development for, added: “This is very much the start. Horse-racing will always be our main focus and we will look to develop the offering further, but we also plan to introduce a full gaming product which will be the best out there.”
