Optimove enhances Pulse marketing tool with added KPIs and benchmarks

Optimove has enhanced its multi-vertical betting and igaming offering with the launch of an upgraded version of its Pulse solution.

Pulse was first launched in 2019 as a benchmark for igaming firms to assess marketing KPIs, strengths and weaknesses. The London-based firm states that it has updated Pulse with a new design and enhanced interface to generate insights, benchmarks and KPIs.

Operator marketing teams can use the tool to gain industry visibility country-by-country, using this option to conduct comparative analysis of markets and glean insights into their performance against the industry average.

Motti Colman, Senior Director of Sales at Optimove, said: “With new data come new powers, and we are thrilled to introduce the enhanced Pulse tool to the igaming and Sports Betting sectors, just in time for the football season.

“With its new KPIs, benchmarks, and user-friendly interface, Pulse empowers marketing teams to gain valuable insights and measure where they stand compared to their competitors.”

Optimove’s upgraded Pulse platform aggregates data anonymously from more than 200 igamign and sportsbook brands, including major operators, with KPIs from these firms viewable via country or product filters.

Analysed KPIs include – monthly conversion and retention averages, average single and monthly bet amounts per players, average number of deposits per player, average number of bets per player, average bet amount per player, average number of activity days, average net gaming revenue per active player and deposits pareto. 

“By leveraging real-time, industry-wide data, operators can be quicker on their feet, make better-informed decisions, and optimise their strategies for improved results,” Colman concluded.
