Enteractive to spearhead NetBet’s player engagement strategy across Italy

Enteractive will support NetBet in delivering a “personalised retention and engagement” strategy across the Italian market after signing a new partnership with the operator.

The player engagement campaigns, which will cover NetBet’s sports betting and casino player segments, will aim to increase both retention and loyalty.

Andrew Foster, Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, said: “Our Italian teams at Enteractive are making a real difference to the bottom line revenues for NetBet in Italy.

“Players have told us that it makes a real difference to have a phone call from a brand, showing they care about player enjoyment and entertainment.”

Enteractive explained that by integrating selected player bases, it will engage players by also working with native-speaking agents which it believes will offer “real-human, one-to-one outreach”.

Filippo Stotani, NetBet’s country manager for Italy, added: “We work hard to always keep our customers informed about our services, new features and the benefits of playing on NetBet.

“Using Enteractive fills a gap in our CRM activities, engaging with players more directly in order to provide them with relevant information and top class assistance. The personalised approach of calling the players and having a chat with them really works and they seem to appreciate it.”
