SmartBets from bettingexpert goes live with German version

The customisable odds comparison site from bettingexpert has marked the first in a series of planned expansions by going live with a German language version.

SmartBets, which launched in June and was recently named Best New Affiliate Product at the SBC Awards, will announce four new language versions in January 2017.

It allows punters to create a tailored dashboard around their favourite teams, leagues, betting markets and operators, which ensures they find the best bets relevant to them. SmartBets’ unique service also includes an ‘Acca Generator’ which suggests a smart trio of odds, riskier selections and longshots.

Thanks to bettingexpert’s one-click betting integration, users are also able to place bets instantly with major operators such as Ladbrokes. Once a bet has been placed, punters can keep up-to-date via the Live Game Cast on the dashboard and can choose to receive match notifications straight to their mobile.

Henrik Lykkesteen, Chief Commercial Officer for Better Collective, said: “The release of the German version of SmartBets shows our commitment to our growing audience in Germany, and is just the start of an exciting time for the website. There is a light at the end of the tunnel in terms of legislation, meaning we are well placed to take advantage of the huge potential in the country.

“With more releases on the way next year, as well as the simple-to-use interface and innovative features, we feel SmartBets is the ultimate comparison tool.”
