European sports betting operator mybet.com has expanded its profile and coverage in West Africa by agreeing sponsorship terms with Ghana Premier League football club Sekondi Hasaacas FC.
Hosting a press conference this Saturday, Sekondi Hasaacas governance unveiled mybet.com as its new season sponsor.
The financial terms of the sponsorship were not disclosed, however mybet.com marketing revealed that it had been given an option of renewing its brand partnership on season by season basis.
mybet.com further detailed that it would help the football club’s social and commercial initiatives within the twin city of Sekondi-Takoradi (Ghana’s fourth largest city).
Nana Banyin Eyison, Chief Executive of Sekondi Hasaacas FC welcomed mybet.com as new club sponsor.
“It’s a great deal and I’m very happy. mybet.com will offer our club a lot, and they want both of us to start from humble beginning and we grow together.
“I would not want to dive deep into what is in the package but yes there is a cash component and technical cooperation and it encompasses a whole lot as far as football is concerned.”
