Soccabet launches in Ghana with 50 Accra betting shops

Ghana welcomed new betting operator Soccabet, who announced its official launch this weekend at a special media event in Accra.

Soccabet CEO Gungoreen Arslan outlined plans for the operator in Ghana, stating that the brand would cater the best sports betting experience for both betting shop and online customers, in the fast growing Ghanaian market.

The launch of Soccabet will see 50 betting shop operated in the city of Accra, which the operator hopes will generate 1000 jobs.

“We are not looking only to establish a profitable organization, but we are working forward on how to improve our clients living conditions by offering them a lot of winning opportunities,”  commented Gungoreen Arslan

In the media event which was attended by President of the Gaming Commission of Ghana, Emmanuel Quaynoo, Soccabet management stated that its company operations would adhere to Ghana gambling policies and practices.

Soccabet services would only be open to customers aged 18 and over, and that customer wagering would be monitored in order to ensure that players were gambling in a responsible manner.
