Aspire Global integrates new CRM system to boost existing platform

Aspire Global has launched and integrated a new CRM System, AspireEngage, to complement its existing AspireCore gaming platform.

The new Exponea-powered system functions as a customer data platform and incorporates a range of services to improve the player journey and generate ‘greater customer satisfaction’.

Described as a ‘user-friendly system’, key features include the provision of real-time marketing capabilities such as bonus management, personalised messaging and user segmentation, added by the B2B igaming solutions provider to assist operators to ‘sharpen their approach to player engagement’.

Additionally, AspireEngage will offer Aspire Global’s clients the opportunity to connect their own CRM tools to the new platform, whilst the firm has also integrated an ‘easy-to-use’ self-management interface.

“We are delighted to be launching AspireEngage and believe that it will revolutionise the way operators market their brands today across the globe,” said Tsachi Maimon, Aspire Global CEO.

“The real-time solution is incredibly easy to use and will open up the opportunity for operators to deliver sophisticated marketing techniques that will lead to a more personalised experience for customers.

“As we continue to expand and enter new markets, this integration serves to cement AspireCore as a true gateway platform to endless igaming opportunities.”

The integration of AspireEngage into Aspire Global’s wider platform comes as the firm continues with its commercial strategy of international expansion, establishing its presence and offering its services to operators in multiple regulated markets.

Aspire has notably expanded its presence in the LatAm sector in recent months, striking platform and sportsbook agreements with William Hill and Betfair in Colombia, whilst also further building its status in Europe via deals in Portugal, Switzerland and Romania.

The firm has also pursued a successful M&A strategy for 2021, with positive results for its Q1 trading, having finalised its integration of Pariplay’s Fusion platform into its BtoBet sports betting provider in May.

Publishing its Q1 trading update, Aspire attributed much of its success to the global market presence of BtoBet, achieving its commercial objectives whilst recording a revenue increase of €48.1 million (€33.7 million Q1 2020).

BtoBet in particular has enabled its parent company to boost its international presence, notably in Latin America, Africa and the UK, striking a deal with Stake.com in the latter market, which saw the cryptocurrency betting operator leverage Aspire’s platform, sportsbook, games, game aggregator and managed service.
