GR8 Tech: ushering in a more streamlined and efficient era

As Evgen Belousov disclosed a transition to focus on the strategic and visionary aspects of GR8 Tech, a change in the company’s senior structure presented an opportunity for Artur Ashyrov and Oleksandr Feshchenko to step-up as Deputy CEOs.

This expansion of the top management team will see the former CTO and CRO enhance their responsibilities to also comprise identifying growth opportunities and developing actionable plans to address them.

Following this structural alteration, Ashyrov and Feshchenko sat down with SBC News to elaborate on what this change means for the company, what the immediate focus will be, how a more efficient and innovative company will be implemented and much more. 

SBC News: Congratulations on the promotion to Deputy CEO. What exactly does this transition mean for yourself and the company?

Artur Ashyrov: This transition allows me to formalise my role in areas I’ve always been passionate about. In addition to technology, it includes product development, security, and people management. 

I can now officially dedicate my efforts to these areas, driving innovation and ensuring our technology and products are at the forefront of the industry. For the company, it means we have a more focused leadership structure, where each deputy CEO can concentrate on specific strategic areas, leading to more effective decision-making and faster growth.

Oleksandr Feshchenko: For me, this transition is an opportunity to enhance our B2B strategies and revenue growth. My focus will be on sales, marketing, and customer interaction, ensuring that our revenue-generating units – sportsbook, casino, CRM –  are performing at their best. 

For GR8 Tech, this change signifies a more streamlined and efficient approach to handling both strategic and operational tasks, allowing us to better serve our clients and stakeholders while pursuing our long-term goals.

SBCN: Looking at the future prospects and ambitions for GR8 Tech, how do you believe this change stands the company in good stead to achieve its long-term aspirations?

OF: This change positions us well to achieve our long-term aspirations by allowing us to focus more precisely on our strategic goals. 

With Evgen Belousov dedicating his time to high-level strategic initiatives and external relations, we can ensure that our operational and revenue-generating activities are perfectly aligned with these goals, which will help us sustainably grow and more effectively assist our clients in entering new markets.

AA: By splitting responsibilities, we can concentrate on enhancing our platform’s capabilities and stability, ensuring that we remain innovative and responsive to market needs. 

We’ll also continue to develop and refine our geo-specific solutions tailored to different regions. This structural change ensures that we can support our clients better and capitalise on new opportunities swiftly, driving GR8 Tech’s long-term success.

SBCN: Could you offer a little insight into what your immediate focus will be after stepping into this elevated position?

OF: My focus remains on boosting revenue growth by optimising our sales and marketing strategies, offering the best product and service and choosing the right client/partner to conquer big markets. 

This includes working closely with our teams to ensure that we are delivering maximum value to our clients and leveraging our strengths in the sportsbook and casino business units.

AA: For me, it’s all about integrating more advanced technological solutions and improving our platform’s security and stability. I will also be looking at how we can make our integration processes smoother and more cost-effective for clients, ensuring that our product offerings are not only innovative but also highly practical and user-friendly.

SBCN: Related to the above, one key aspect will be identifying growth potential and developing actionable plans to address them. Where do you envisage such opportunities will be available? And how do you intend to capitalise on these?

AA: I see such opportunities primarily in the speed of onboarding for new clients and improving delivery rates for existing ones. By enhancing our platform’s API capabilities and focusing on modular, geo-specific solutions, we can make it easier and faster for clients to integrate our products, which will improve their experience and drive our growth by making our solutions more attractive to potential clients.

My colleagues and I agree that cross-functional projects are often the most efficient, gathering truly engaged people who drive incredible results. 

In our new roles, with higher perspectives and wider areas of responsibility, Oleksandr and I can kickstart many more such projects – and I believe it will be incredibly rewarding for both GR8 Tech and our clients. 

SBCN: It was said that a vision would see the implementation of “a more efficient and innovative company-wide flow”. Could you elaborate on what this would look like and how it will be achieved?

OF: This task involves streamlining our processes to ensure that every part of the company works towards the same goals. This includes many elements – from leveraging technology to automate and improve our operations to enhancing our internal communication and optimising our workflow. 

By doing so, we can ensure that we are agile and responsive to market changes, allowing us to innovate more effectively, provide better solutions to our clients, and continue to set trends in what it means to achieve profitability in the igaming business. 

This vision will be realised through continuous improvement and by fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across all teams at GR8 Tech.
