EveryMatrix has confirmed the promotion of Mihnea Dobre to the leadership position of Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective immediately.
An eight-year executive of EveryMatrix, Dobre has formerly served as the tech group’s Head of IT Governance (2017 to 2024).
During his tenure, EveryMatrix reports that Dobre led a sizeable expansion of the firm’s tech support and IT units, servicing customers across all continents.
In his new position, Dobre will lead EveryMatrix’s technical development, provide technical direction, and support the company’s business unit CTOs in achieving their objectives.

Dobre takes charge of EveryMatrix’s technology support operations, as the company hits the milestone of a corporate headcount of 1,000 staff.
Q1 initiatives saw EveryMatrix announce that it had opened a new Asian tech office in Cebu, Philippines, focused on the development of DeepCI products.
