Leyton Orient has announced its new shirt sponsor ahead of the new season in the form of new online sportsbook EnergyBet. EnergyBet#3

A two-year agreement has been agreed between the operator and the League One club.

The new sponsorship deal sees one of the online sports betting industry’s newest players support the club with substantial financial resources. It’ll mean that EnergyBet branding will appear across all home, away, third and training kits worn throughout the next two seasons.

Leyton Orient CEO Alessandro Angelieri said of the announcement: “We are delighted to have online bookmakers EnergyBet on board, especially on a two-year deal, which gives the Club the scope to plan ahead for the future. We looking forward to working with EnergyBet and hope it is the start of long and successful partnership.”

Daniel Hurley, UK Country Manager at EnergyBet had this to say about the new partnership: EnergyBet are delighted to partner with the famous and historic Leyton Orient and look forward to an exciting and prosperous partnership and hope to support the O’s in their push for promotion this season, as well as to build the EnergyBet brand in the UK.”

Orient Commercial Manager Steve Dixon added: “I am really pleased to welcome EnergyBet and I’m looking forward to working with them.  I think the O’s fans can look forward to some new and innovative ideas from the EnergyBet team.”

It has been reported that O’s fans can look forward to plenty of special offers and promotions from EnergyBet throughout the season, whilst the Matchroom Stadium will also get the EnergyBet branding treatment.

EnergyBet is a new product from Maltese firm EnergyCasino.com, an online casino which has been on operation since 2012 and has a UK licence.

The UK has seen a number of new sportsbooks emerging in recent times and the panel ‘New Faces: The Ambitions of the Latest Sportsbook Brands’ is one of many at the two day Betting on Sports Conference (#BOS) at London’s Grange Tower Bridge this September 15-16th.
