Flows has partnered with cloud-based ecommerce platform Bloomreach to extend the reach of its proprietary no‑code technology, adding it to the latter’s real-time tech stack.
Flows’ no-code automation layer will look to bolster Bloomreach’s current suite of AI-enabled services, such as Bloomreach Engagement for marketing automation, Discovery for product search and Content, a headless CMS tool Content.
“Bloomreach is a powerhouse in real‑time personalisation,” commented Daniel de Souza, VP Commercial at Flows. “Partnering with Flows gives our customers a smarter way to integrate their marketing tools, trigger journey journeys across more platforms, and bypass technical blockers.
“We’re excited to see how operators will use our no‑code suite to enrich player experiences and unlock more value from their tech stack.”
The offered solution will enable Bloomreach clients to connect marketing tools, data sources and social channels like Telegram, Viber, X and Taboola without requiring development resources.
This aims to enhance campaign activations for Bloomreach’s clients, creating enhanced audience segmentation and broader journey triggers within a unified workflow experience.
Adam Browne, Strategic Accounts iGaming at Bloomreach, added: “With Flows’ integration layer, Bloomreach customers can now accelerate time to impact without coding.
“Together – with our shared focus on real‑time player experiences – we’re enabling brands to trigger campaigns across more channels than ever, and for Flows users, to manage those experiences from one unified platform.”
As well as Flows’ no-code technology, Bloomreach’s operator clients will benefit from the partner’s platform-focused features, gaining the ability to implement jackpots, leaderboards and other gamification features into their sports betting and online casino offerings.
Flows in flow state
Flows continues to enhance its footprint within the iGaming sector through several key partnerships across the industry, most recently by collaborating with Optimove.
This partnership saw Optimove offer its Opti-X technology to Flows, allowing the latter’s operator clients to craft real-time, tailored experiences that evolve with each player’s behaviour.
Souza, who previously worked at Optimove, explained: “I can see the tangible benefits of connecting these tools. Operators gain greater flexibility to create personalised, fully connected experiences, driven by the power of Opti-X within the Flows ecosystem.”
