Optimove and 4Play join forces to improve igaming experiences

Optimove has announced a deal with 4Play Gaming – an igaming platform for casino sites and sportsbooks.

The partnership aims to ‘revolutionise’ user experiences and operational efficiency for online gaming operators globally. 

4Play’s Global Director of Partnerships, Dan de Souza, commented: “Combining 4Play Gaming’s state-of-the-art platform with Optimove’s CRM Marketing Platform empowers gaming operators to improve user experiences, increase engagement, and realise significant operational efficiencies.”

In further detail, 4Play Gaming offers a fixed fee structure instead of traditional revenue-sharing models, which ensures stable and predictable costs with minor yearly adjustments.

“4Play Gaming is committed to staying at the forefront of technological innovation and providing its operators with the best tools to succeed in the competitive igaming market,” de Souza added. 

Meanwhile, 4Play Gaming’s platform has been described as having an event-based architecture. 

The company stated: “By seamlessly integrating advanced technology, 4Play Gaming’s platform sets a new standard for igaming, positioning itself as the platform provider of the future.”

The approach looks to allow operators to offer their users a more dynamic and engaging gaming experience.

Moreover, the deal will also leverage Optimove’s experience in the industry to deliver highly personalised player interactions, driving both engagement and retention for online igaming operators. 

Optimove’s CRM Marketing technology is designed to analyse player behaviour, predict future actions, and tailor marketing efforts to meet individual needs, thereby maximising player lifetime value. 

This week, the company became an official member of the European Lotteries Association (EL).
