Betsson AB has confirmed the promotion of Senior Affiliate Business Development Manager Triston Smook to the position of Head of Affiliates, effective 14 November.
Based in Malta, Smook will lead the ‘Betsson Group Affiliates’ programme overseeing player referrals and publisher relationships for over +20 global brands.
An expert in player acquisition and campaign management, Smook is promoted to Head of Affiliates having “demonstrated success in driving new business and ensuring the growth of our brands within his previous role as Business Development Manager.”
Betsson highlighted Smook as the ideal candidate to lead its multi-brand affiliate programme, with a proven experience in the key disciplines of account management, digital marketing, business development, e-payments and knowledge of marketing compliance practices.
Smook will oversee Betsson Group Affiliates as the Stockholm-listed online gambling group continues to expand its business within new South American and Central European markets.
