Continuing its corporate focus on developing new talent, Comtrade Gaming welcomed students to its ‘21st generation of Comtrade Group’s summer school – EDIT program’.

The program ‘EDIT – Education for Innovative Thinkers’ which has been active since 1996, focuses on developing young talent in creating software solutions and in further gaining vital business/commercial experience.

Comtrade Group’s EDIT program has developed to become one of the leading IT summer educational schools in Southern and Eastern Europe.

Updating stakeholders, Comtrade detailed that this year’s EDIT modules would focus on current tech-wide dynamics focusing on enhancing multi-channel operations and customer life cycles.

Participants in this year’s EDIT Program will be tasked with developing ‘Chatbots’ that support customer transactions and engagements.

Microsoft, the technology multinational, has co-sponsored the program as their open source Bot Builder SDK and Cognitive Services, served as the technical foundation for the product’s development.

“Through its history, Comtrade Gaming employed a talented pool of EDIT students that now influence our product development,” explains Aleš Gornjec, General Manager of Comtrade Gaming.

“By leveraging the region’s technology-focused talent, we enrich the market and our products. EDIT shows that our emphasis on innovation and technology is engrained in all facets of the business.”
