Clarion Gaming and GamblingCompliance join SBC’s Sports Betting Week

The sports betting world will be descending on London this September for a series of events, exhibitions and networking functions, exploring the future of sports betting, innovation, marketing and regulation.

Sports Betting Week (12-15 September) sees three of the industry’s key information providers – Clarion Gaming, SBC Events & GamblingCompliance – present the industry with a week’s worth of high quality conference & exhibition events in one of  the most exciting cities in the world.

The first conference that kicks off the week will be WrB London – Responsible Gambling Innovation, on Tuesday 12 September at the OXO2 Tower, organised by the Most Respected Events Business (as awarded by the 2017 AEO Awards) Clarion Events. This year, WrB London will be exploring market developments with even more conceptual, technical and important discussion around how the gambling industry and its stakeholders can thrive and prosper with responsible gambling.

Responsible gambling technology advances are moving at a rapid pace, this combined with gaming’s adoption of CSR and transparency, is making RG a key theme for multiple departments within businesses. The 2017 edition will set the tone for the responsible gambling agenda for the next 12 months.

The next event to be hosted as part of the week of Betting and Gaming in London will be, Betting on Sports, taking place on the 12-15 September at Olympia Conference Centre, Kensington, organised by SBC Events, who host and organise some of the largest sports betting events in the industry.

With over 1,200 senior executives, 150 leading speakers, 50 exhibitors and a plethora of conferences and tracks available, Betting on Sports 2017 is a must-attend event for members of the sports betting industry and those that deal with the sector. The event focuses on everything related to sports and betting, including Esports, Racing, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Tennis, Golf, Darts, Rugby and more.

The event starts out with a pre-registration networking party at Hilton Hotel Olympia on Tuesday 12th September, with two full days of conference and exhibition on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th and networking parties in the evening.

London’s week of Betting and Gaming will be closed with a conference hosted by GamblingCompliance, the leading provider of legal, regulatory and business intelligence to the gambling industry,  on Friday 15 September at the Hilton Hotel Olympia. GCRB: Germany in Focus – Sports Betting, Licensing & Tax will provide delegates with an insight into the current state of legislation in the country and examining the implications of the recent move by .Schleswig-Holstein to pull out of the Interstate Treaty for Gambling.
