Sky Betting & Gaming (SB&G) has confirmed the appointment of Vaughan Lewis as the firm’s Director of Corporate Development.
Taking on the senior executive role, Lewis will be tasked with leading the strategic expansion of SB&G operations. Responsibilities will include setting up corporate goals and targets, assessment of SB&G divisional performance and management of the operator’s intellectual property.
Seeking to boost SB&G’s domestic and international presence, Lewis will work with Chief Financial Officer Ian Proctor identifying potential growth areas and evaluating potential M&A targets.
Vaughan Lewis has prior industry experience, having worked as Senior Analyst for Morgan Stanley leading the financial services firm’s research of igaming and gambling sectors.
Commenting on the appointment Ian Proctor, Sky Betting & Gaming’s CFO stated: “We are delighted that Vaughan has chosen to join Sky Betting & Gaming. Our team will be greatly strengthened by his extensive knowledge of the sector and I’m looking forward to working with him on refining our corporate strategy as we continue to expand.”
