Seeking to expand its services into new markets French betting operator France Pari has this morning announced that it has acquired 100% equity in Spanish licensed online betting firm Suertia.es.

The governance of France Pari chose not to disclose deal terms. However, it stated that the acquisition would contribute immediately to its revenues and earnings.

France Pari CEO Herve Schlosser stated that his company was looking forward to entering the Spanish online betting market having purchased a fast growing high visibility operator in Suertia.es.

“The acquisition of a company like Suertia with such a potential growth on the dynamic Spanish sports betting market opens a new stream of development for our group, both for acting directly as an operator and also for providing our sportsbook and our technology to other operators,” Schlosser commented on the deal

Backing its Spanish acquisition, France Pari governance stated that Suertia services would help the company reach its corporate target of €100 million revenues by 2017.

Eduardo Losilla, Founder and CEO of Suertia, commented on the sale: “After five years of strong competition with multinational operators, I am proud to sell Suertia to an international fast-growing company, which will maintain the team, the spirit and values that have conducted Suertia to its first successes.”

Going forward France Pari will now have active services in the French, Belgian, Maltese and Spanish markets.
