The Slot Summit has released an updated agenda, packed full of stellar speakers, for next week’s event in Bucharest, Romania, and has unveiled Playtech as a Platinum Sponsor.
Romanian Gaming Commission President Odeta Nestor, Gaming Standards Association Protocol Director Ethan Tower, Steelman Partners Europe General Manager Aleksey Belinskiy and Paul Mettam, Casino Marketing Director at London’s Hippodrome Casino, have all been lined up as speakers, according to Clarion Events, which is organising the Summit.
The topic areas for the three-day event, which will run from June 9-11 at the Hotel Novotel in Bucharest city centre and will attract hundreds of attendees from across Europe, have also been confirmed.
Day one will focus on the subject of multimedia, while day two will discuss game design, the physical environment and data inside the internet casino, before the final day highlights server-based gaming, jackpots and various other topics through a series of sessions, case studies and discussions.
Tower, who will speak on a session entitled ‘Next Generation Protocols – What Changes Can We Expect?’ from 15:15-16:00 on day two of the Summit, is a 20-year veteran of the gaming industry.
“I’m looking forward to the opportunity to talk to operators from Romania and Eastern Europe about the impact of new technologies on their operations,” he said.
“It should give them something to think about as they plan for the future and make capital investments.”
