Intertops baffles affiliates announcing rebrand to Everygame

Intertops has communicated to its affiliate partners that it will rebrand its commercial identity to ‘Everygame’ as of 1 December 2021.

The heritage operator did not provide affiliates with material for its forthcoming rebrand – but stated that the change to Everygame would maintain its “vision to provide trusted entertainment for generations”.

“Basically, we are the same with a new name,” Intertops underlined in its announcement to affiliates, as it stated that the rebrand would have no impact on its ownership or management.

The Everygame rebrand will be applied across Intertops product portfolio of online casino, sportsbook and poker.

Across forums and message boards, affiliates were left intrigued as to why Intertops would change its heritage brand, that was established in 1996 and recognised as the sector’s first online sportsbook.

At the start of the year, Intertops launched its 25th birthday campaign, recounting the many milestones of its business in accepting the internet’s first online wager, and launching betting’s first in-play markets and dedicated mobile betting site.

The rebrand to Everygame was concurrently announced with Intertops decision that it will no longer service the German market due to regulatory changes brought in by GlüNeuRStv –  the Fourth Interstate Gambling Treaty.

Intertops concluded its statement, citing that the rebrand was one of many upcoming changes that would see the operator refresh its selection of games and improve its technical frameworks.
