Crucial Compliance has reaffirmed its commitment to “create a safer gambling environment for everyone” by opening a new office in the Isle of Man.
The move is in response to the growing number of betting and gaming companies setting up shop on the island, many of whom are looking to strengthen their existing player protection offering.
Paul Foster, Co-Founder of the consultancy, said: “Our mission at Crucial Compliance is to create a safer gambling environment for everyone. We understand that each operator in the gambling industry has unique compliance needs, and we are committed to providing tailored strategies and solutions that align with these requirements and objectives.
“Our proprietary technology, Crucial Player Protection, seamlessly combines player behaviour automation and modelling to equip your compliance teams with the necessary information to manage and interact with players at scale.
“The Isle of Man has seen a significant increase in the number of licences over the last 18 months, thanks to its mature, accessible regulator. Coupled with the increasing demands for holistic AML and responsible gambling tools, the decision to expand into the Isle of Man aligns perfectly with our business growth strategy.”
Crucial Compliance is confident that establishing a hub in the Isle of Man is a testament to the company’s commitment to supporting its partners in meeting “the growing and diverse demands of anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gambling”.
Its technology, said the firm, will enable gambling businesses based in the Isle of Man to interact with players at scale and integrate player behaviour automation and modelling.
Lee Hills, Mentor for Crucial Compliance in the Fintech Innovation Challenge, commented: “It is fantastic to have one of our international finalists put down roots on the island. This demonstrates the strength and effectiveness of introducing international businesses to our supportive business community.
“The services offered by Crucial Compliance will assist in maintaining the Isle of Man’s high standard and integrity of the market. We look forward to Crucial Compliance adding to our already rich digital ecosystem.”
