Highlight Games maximises Greek market presence via Novibet launch

Highlight Games’ premium titles are set to go live in Greece and the UK via Novibet’s online and mobile platforms.

Notable products from the London-based video virtual sports developer include Soccerbet, which now features English, Italian, Greek and Turkish football leagues.

The title includes a range of famous clubs from the Greek Super League, including AEK Athens, Aris Thessaloniki, Asteras T, Atromitos, Giannina, Olympiakos, Levadiakos, Panathinaikos, Panionios, PAOK Salonika, Platanias and Xanti.

“Novibet is thrilled to be the first operator to bring Highlight Games’ premium content to players in Greece,” said Dimitris Argyriou, Business Development Manager at Novibet.

“Featuring genuine archive footage from the Greek Super League, Soccerbet will undoubtedly capture the imagination of players, as they enjoy revisiting the greatest goals and action from the nation’s favourite sport 24/7.

“It is our main priority to constantly exceed our customers’ expectations and to stay ahead of the gaming trends. To innovate, to listen to our members and at the end of the day to provide them with the most personalised, and memorable gaming experience that they are asking for.”

Soccerbet is available now to Novibet customers, as is the popular NBA Last 60, whilst the IIHF World Championship product is set to be released in due course.

The offering has played a key role in Highlight Games’ international expansion, finding success in Croatia and Romania among other markets, as well as being highly popular in Italy.

Steven Holmes, Co-CEO of Highlight Games, commented: “I’m delighted to announce this milestone in Highlight Games’ 2021 roadmap.

‘Maximising opportunities in the Greek market has long been a strategic priority for our business, and it is fantastic to see this being realised as we introduce our transformative video virtual sports to Novibet’s online and mobile channels.

“Soccerbet continues to perform outstandingly in the Italian market and we look forward to replicating this success and transforming the virtual sports landscape in Greece, as we have already done in Italy.”
