Toronto TSX-listed The Stars Group Inc has expanded its customer payment options, adding the services of online gambling specific e-wallet provider MuchBetter.

The Stars Group has Incorporated the MuchBetter app as a new payment option, available to customers across its flagship PokerStars brand and digital subsidiaries PokerStars Casino and BetStars sportsbook.

The MuchBetter app seeks to become the most seamless payment device for igaming/betting consumers, offering instant transactions with no redirects, or requirements to re-submit information or password requests.

The simplified e-wallet for igaming transactions provides consumers with heightened protections, including device pairing, touch ID verification, issuing of dynamic security codes and personal payment/withdrawal reviews.

‘The modern payment service was engineered to comply with the recent and evolving regulatory environment for online gaming providers and features a transparent approach to data and use of open APIs – which allows Operators to develop on top of MuchBetter’s platform” MuchBetter details in its corporate update

“MuchBetter’s business model is to challenge the legacy iGaming payments companies by providing an agile alternative that puts the user experience first,” said Jens Bader, MuchBetter co-founder.

“Our goal is simple: to provide The Stars Group with the best possible payments service and to introduce users to our MuchBetter product.”
