Updating the market, Stockholm-listed Betsson Group has become the first betting operator to integrate Perform Group’s new ‘Opta 3D’ football visualisation product.

The new Opta 3D content vertical will be integrated across Betsson’s European sports betting portfolio, starting with Betsafe UK.

Moving forward, Betsson customers will gain access to Opta’s ‘highly detailed and captivating live visualisations’ for the Premier League and 60 of the top European and global leagues and competitions.

Utilising Perform propriety data capabilities, Opta 3D accurately tracks the ball’s movement and every player on the ball. Forming the partnership, Betsson development stated that the Opta 3D product would act as a perfect companion for its live betting portfolio, bringing new in-play engagements and accurate information for its players.

“Perform Content’s new 3D football visualisation product is in a league of its own,” said Nick Maurice Director of Trading at Betsson Group.

“Integrating this innovative new product into our sportsbook offering means we can not only continue to improve on our customers’ betting experience but also means we can lead the field with this pioneering new technology.”

The partnership sees Perform extend the services of Opta 3D for online betting stakeholders. To date, Opta 3D has been utilised by major sports broadcasters, football clubs and media outlets.
