Jamie Hart Director of Innovation & Customer Experience for William Hill has confirmed his official departure from the bookmaker.
Hart who had re-joined the company in 2008 heading up in-house development, had played a central part in the creation of William Hill industry innovation incubator WHLabs.
As innovation director, Hart had overseen the development and integration of William Hill core project ‘Trafalgar’, which saw the bookmaker launch its new in-house developed sports betting platform.
Industry news source eGaming Review has reported that William Hill will not look to appoint a direct successor to Hart instead, the bookmaker opting to split his existing responsibilities between senior management functions.
William Hill continues its recent senior management restructure, which in January saw former Director of Corporate Development and WHLabs stakeholder Crispin Nieboer appointed to the position of Digital Managing Director replacing outgoing Andrew Lee.
