Cherry AB eyes 2016 Stockholm Nasdaq listing

nasdaqThe governance of European igaming operator Cherry AB has disclosed that it intends to apply for a full listing of its shares on the Stockholm Nasdaq by early 2016.

The operator will seek to delist from Swedish development market the Aktie Torget, on which it has traded its stock since September 2006 for a full placement on the Stockholm Nasdaq.

Releasing a short statement of intent this morning, Cherry AB governance declared that it was fully confident that its operations were ready to be listed on the larger Nasdaq market.

The Stockholm Nasdaq listing should provide

Cherry AB with improved investor liquidity through better access to larger institutional investors.

“A stock market listing on Nasdaq Stockholm gives an extra seal of quality for the company regarding its operations”, says Rolf Åkerlind Chairman of Cherry AB.

Cherry noted to its current investors that they would not need to take any action in connection with the Nasdaq listing. Cherry will aim to keep current ticker symbol “Cher B” and further keep the same ISIN-code as before, SE0005191426.
